Do you know what the difference between RPET Polyester and normal polyester?

First, different characters:
1. The strength and other properties of recycled polyester fiber are poor.
2, Polyester fiber strength and other properties are relatively good.
Second, raw materials are different
1, Recycled polyester is made of recycled materials (PET bottle flakes, foam, etc.) and then granulated, and then spun into fiber.
2. Polyester is made from PTA and MEG by polymerization, esterification and drawing.
Recycled polyester staple is the use of polyester fabric, waste polyester bottle flakes, spinning waste, bubble material, raw material, pulp lump do waste bottle after crushing, washing, a mixture of all kinds of materials after drying, melting extrusion, spinning, winding, cluster, drafting, crimp (at the same time according to the customer's demand in curly when adding different agent), relaxation heat styling, Polyester staple fibers of different lengths are formed after cutting.
Polyester features:
1, High toughness. Short fiber strength is 2.6 ~ 5.7cN/dtex, high strength fiber strength is 5.6 ~ 8.0cN/dtex. Because of its low hygroscopicity, its wet strength is basically the same as dry strength. The impact strength is 4 times higher than nylon and 20 times higher than viscose fiber.
2, Good elasticity. Elastic close to wool, when elongation 5 ~ 6%, almost full recovery. The crease resistance exceeds that of other fibers, that is, the fabric does not crease and has good dimensional stability. Polyester fabric has high strength and elastic recovery ability, therefore, it is firm and durable, wrinkle resistant and ironing free.
3, Heat resistant polyester is made by melt spinning method, formed fiber can be heated and melted again, belonging to thermoplastic fiber. The melting point of polyester is relatively high, but the specific heat capacity and thermal conductivity are small, so the heat resistance and thermal insulation of polyester fiber are higher. It's the best of all synthetic fibers.
4, Good thermoplastic, poor fusibility. Polyester is the most heat-resistant synthetic fabric because of its smooth surface and tight molecular arrangement. It is thermoplastic and can be made into pleated skirts with long-lasting pleats. At the same time, polyester fabric has poor fusible resistance and is easy to form holes when exposed to soot and Mars. Therefore, wear should try to avoid contact with cigarette butts, sparks and so on.
5. Good wear resistance. Wear resistance next to the best wear resistance nylon, better than other natural fibers and synthetic fibers.
6, Good light resistance. Light fastness is second only to acrylic fiber. Besides acrylic fiber, polyester fabric has better light resistance than natural fiber fabric. In particular, the sun resistance behind glass is very good, almost as good as acrylic fiber.
