Office Chair Yoga
This evening, Wendy（Director) was taking an office Chair Yoga lesson for ladies in the office which is to help the teams to stretch the shoulders and backs after one day hard work.
As its name suggests, office chair yoga is yoga performed with the help of a chair as a yoga prop. Chair yoga can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age, size or activity. It helps with strength, balance and coordination and allows most people to enjoy the benefits of standard movements that they can't.
It is also a good entry point for those who have always wanted to try yoga but are worried about mobility problems. It not only brings the same benefits as traditional yoga for ordinary group yoga classes, but also can be easily navigated even for beginners.
